Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is an effective technique that involves gentle sustained pressure into the tissue restrictions to restore motion and reduce pain.

Massage Cupping
Massage cupping is a modern adaptation to the ancient practice of cupping. By creating suction, cupping is used to drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bringing blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles and stimulating the peripheral nervous system to evoke relaxation

Lymphatic Drainage
The Lymph Star Pro is used to break down the protein congestion in the lymph nodes. Deep tissue techniques are then used to assist in opening the congested lymphatic ducts and then light manual strokes are used to push lymphatic fluid toward the lymph ducts that have now been decongested. The lymphatic system is the structural framework of the immune system. Benefits are many and include reduction of inflammation including sinus congestion and ear infections, fluid stagnation in extremities and total body detoxification. You can lose inches of stagnate fluid from the legs, arms and back.

Sports Massage
An aggressive style that assists in training, injury preventions, healing and recovery. Performed before and after exercise.

Relaxation
Relieves muscular tensions and evokes relaxation through varied Swedish influenced strokes. Pressure is adjusted based on clients needs

Therapeutic massage
A unique combination of deep tissue and sports massage is utilized in combination with rocking movements and stretches that focus on tension areas. Massage Cupping may also be used during this session.
