Red, near-infrared and blue-turquoise wavelengths are considered to be the most beneficial for the brain and body.

The Auragen not only offers the benefit of light therapy but includes brainwave stimulation as well. Pulsing lights and/or sound can be used to gain healthy effects on moods. These benefits include activating microglia clean-up of the brain.

The Auragen offers the choice of either Gamma or Theta
Gamma stimulation delivers synchronized light and sound at 40Hz which has been shown to have several benefits such as boosting cognitive function and minimizing the progression of cognitive decline as well as activation of microglia which is part of the brain's immune system.
Theta stimulation systematically walks your brain down to a relaxed state. You can experience greater clarity, creativity and focus along with significant stress relief. It gently slows brain waves from active Beta to a more relaxed Alpha, then to the first level of Theta bringing some stress relief. Then finally to deep Theta where there is deep rest and restoration of the brain and the nervous system.
The Auragen light therapy session lasts for 30 minutes. You have 3 different light options and two different brain wave stimulations to choose from. For your comfort the light intensity and sound level can be adjusted.
Medical precautions
- Do not use the Auragen light if you or anyone in your immediate biological family has a history of photosensitive epilepsy
- Do not use the Auragen lights if you have any type of photosensitivity or are taking any photosensitizing medications or herbal supplements such as St. John's Wort. Use of photosensitive face creams may result in the occurrence of minor discomfort or discoloration
- Do not use the Auragen light if you have a psychiatric diagnosis of Mania
- Theta and Gamma brainwave entrainment utilizes flickering light patterns. A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause photosensitive epileptic seizures while playing video games, watching TV and looking at strobe lights. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion or momentary loss of awareness. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using this product immediately and consult a doctor.

Enjoy this 60 minute session and soak up all the health benefits of light therapy and healing sound. Your first 30 minutes will be with the Auragen lights system where you will be immersed in red, near -infrared and blue -turquoise lights as well as your choice of Theta or Gamma brain wave stimulation. Your next 30 minutes will continue your restoration with the beauty and healing of Tibetan bowls, Tingsha and Tuning forks. This is true recovery......boosting ATP (energy) production, increasing delivery of oxygen and nutrients while decreasing feelings of tension and anxiety.
