I welcome you to join me in a unique sound immersion experience with Violinist Theresa Goh. She will perform for an hour in my beautiful office in the historic Newton House located in downtown Batavia. A portion of our time will be spent immersed in the soothing sounds of the violin. With our eyes closed our sense of sound will be heightened. We will break away from the traditional setting of musical performance and allow ourselves to lean back, put our feet up, shut our eyes and fully absorb the experience of live music. I will lead a short meditation and then Theresa will perform for 30 minutes. This time is yours to create the experience you want. You can spend it in meditation, prayer, gratitude, breathwork, rest........ The last portion of class will offer light refreshments and Tea, while Theresa continues to perform. This will be a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy your company, maybe recline and continue your meditation or possibly spend some time in reflection. Please see registration and location information below.
