Kundalini Yoga

Join us for a chance to connect with other healers in the community and refill your energetic tank!
Stephanie Martin and Jenny Bergold are teaming up to offer you a beautiful evening of sound, energy healing and community. We will open safe and sacred space with a meditation and sound healing to balance and connect us all. Then we will break up into small groups and allow each practitioner healing table time. We will close with a group share and grounding mediation.

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, non invasive therapy that addresses the needs of the entire body through applying a unique compression to reflex points located on the feet. Sound Healing will be added to raise the vibration.

Conversations with community
Conversations with community is a sacred interactive learning series that bridges community connection with impactful learning. Each month we will feature one community member who is exceptionally skilled in their craft and they will share their unique knowledge, experiences, and insights. We will create a space for meaningful dialogue and community engagement, allowing participants to both teach and learn from one another. Each conversation offers a deep dive into various topics, fostering a sense of connection, shared growth and collective wisdom within the community.

Meet our Practioner
Jenny Bergold
Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny's classes and sound healings focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.
